LEPC Membership Update

The Fort Bend County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is continually updating its Membership Roster, so we can email Meeting Agendas, Minutes, and other LEPC announcements to our Members, and can contact Facility Emergency Coordinators and First Responders by phone during any chemical release or other hazmat emergency.  The Texas State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) requires that we identify which roles, categories, or organizations that our Members represent.

Please fill out the LEPC Membership Update form and click "Submit" to update your contact information.  Your contact information will only be used by the Fort Bend County LEPC and Office of Emergency Management.  However, if you prefer not to answer any question, just leave the answer blank.  Questions listed in red require an answer, even if you want to be deleted from our mailing list.
