Course Description
This course is designed for emergency managers, public works officials, levee district representatives, and others responsible for planning, preparing, and managing the response to a flood. It provides information to help local officials decide if a flood fight is possible and worth the effort and cost. This course focuses on combating river flooding, not flash flooding.

State and local officials responsible for planning, preparing, and managing response to river flooding.
