Change in Date for October LEPC Meeting.

Due to the OEM needing the Media room for a table top drill, the regular meeting of the Ft. Bend LEPC will be held on Wednesday October 14, 2009 instead of Thursday October 15th. The meeting will be held at the same time, 3:00 pm.
